An officer of high morals with the military police, Bonnie apparently died by falling of a bridge after being hit with a random gunshot during a civilian riot, when issues over property caused the people outside the domes to clash with the military police. In actuality, Bonnie Fraser did not die because of the riots, but because he discovered that his direct superiors in the military police were the ones behind the hostilities because of the wealth they would gain, and they didn't want him telling anyone about it. After falling into the water, Bonnie was rescued by a megaduce, which he then used to exact revenge on the officers that tried to kill him over petty greed. After Big O destroys Bonnie's megaduce, he surrenders to the police after one last visit to his mother and older brother
