Murasako Munetaka's wife and Murasako Masao's sister-in-law. She has two children with Munetaka, and her son Hiromi is later killed by a Shiki. She dislikes Masao although she doesn't show it, and notices that he hates her children because before they were born, he was spoiled by the family. During the Shiki extermination Chizuko and other women villagers aid the men by preparing meals. When Tatsumi's controlled villagers attacks Toshio and Ookawa in the shrine, they save them by attacking the villagers with pots and pans. Chizuko's brother-in-law, Masao, attempts to hide from the Shiki hunts and eventually comes to Chizuko's door begging for help. In return, she attacks him and stakes him to death.
