A Fallen Angel allied with Raynare, dressed in a trenchcoat and fedora. He was the first Fallen Angel to attack Issei after the latter became a Devil. As a Fallen Angel, he can use his wings to fly and has access to light-based weapons, with the spear of light being his preferred weapon. In the anime, his spear was a light blue color.
