Hy� (ヒョウ) is a member of Konoha's ANBU and a former member of the, now disbanded, Foundation. As most Foundation members, he's still loyal to Foundation's founder Danz� and is apparently trustworthy enough to be given the task of delivering top-secret information for him. He is introduced when acting as a go-between for Danz� and Sai, reminding the latter about the will and purpose of Foundation while doing so.
